We accept returns within 90 days of your order being delivered — but please note that returns are not free.
If you’d like to return an item, you’ll need to ship it back to our warehouse at your own cost. Just reach out to our
customer support team at info@mylowen.com, and they’ll provide you with all the return details,
including where to send your item and how to proceed.
To be eligible for a return:
- within 90 days of delivery.
- not be marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
- original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition — including tags, boxes, and any specialty packaging.
- photo of the item(s) must be provided before shipping so we can confirm their condition.
Please note
While the package is still on the way, we will not be able to issue a refund. When the package has been delivered we can start the return process.

We aim to ship all orders within 72 hours. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.We primarily ship with trusted international carriers. For most destinations, initial transit is handled by global logistics providers, and final delivery is made by a local courier in your country. Please note, if you’ve ordered multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations depending on stock availability — this helps us get your full order to you as quickly as possible.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Worldwide): Most orders are delivered within 10 days, though we advise allowing up to 14 days depending on your location and local courier services. In some cases we see up to 18 days (Rare).
Express Shipping: Not currently offered, but we’re working on it!
Important Notes: Delivery times do not include the initial dispatch window.
During peak seasons, holidays, or viral moments (we’re looking at you, TikTok 📈), shipping and dispatch times may be slightly longer.If your item is listed as pre-order, dispatch will occur around the estimated date mentioned on the product page.

Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your LOWEN delivery every step of the way. You can also track your order directly by visiting our Tracking Page — just enter your order number and email to get real-time updates.Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships.
Important Note: If you placed your order in early March, there has been a slight delay. As a thank you for your patience, you’re eligible for a free gift from LOWEN— completely free of charge.

If you’ve just placed your order (within the last 90 minutes), there’s a small window where we may be able to update your delivery address, email, or other personal details. Please reach out to our customer support team at info@mylowen.com as soon as possible with your order number and the updated information. If it’s been more than 90 minutes since you placed your order, we’ll still do our best to help — just keep in mind that our fulfillment center works fast, and changes may not always be possible.
Already shipped? Don’t worry!
Once your order is on the way, you may still be able to redirect it using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. (We ship with trusted international carriers, and local couriers handle final deliveries.) Please note: If your order is successfully delivered to an incorrect address, we won’t be able to retrieve or redirect it — so please double-check all your details at checkout.

We totally get how frustrating that can be — let’s get it sorted.While most orders are delivered within 14 days, sometimes delays can occur due to high demand, customs processing, or local courier issues. If your tracking link shows a "delayed" status, it means your package is still on its way but taking a little longer than usual.
If it’s been more than 20 days since your order was shipped and it still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at info@mylowen.com. Our team will open an investigation with the courier and assist you every step of the way.
Note: Courier investigations can take a bit of time depending on your location, but we’ll do our best to resolve things as quickly as possible.
