We want you to love your LOWEN products! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 90 days of your order being delivered.
To start a return, please email us at info@mylowen.com with your order number and details.
Returns must be sent to our warehouse as directed by our customer service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

All original tags, accessories, and materials must be included

You must provide proof of purchase

A photo of the item is required prior to sending it back for quality confirmation
Important Notes

Refunds cannot be issued while your order is still in transit.
Please wait until your order is delivered before requesting a return or refund. -
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or faulty.

Shipping costs are non-refundable as part of your total payment.

If you return part of a bundle, the remaining item(s) will revert to regular pricing, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Example:
You purchased a Twin Pack for $118 and return one pair.
The remaining item is currently $64.
Your refund will be: $118 - $64 = $54
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@mylowen.com, and we’ll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Gift cards

Custom/personalized items

Personal care goods, perishable items, or hazardous materials
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Items must be in the original condition, unworn, with all packaging and tags.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@mylowen.com.
